Sin Nature *What is the "Sin Nature" or "Sinful Nature? After both Adam and Eve rebelled against God in the Garden of Eden [refer to "Original-Sin"] we learn that God provides several changes in their lives. One of those changes is found in Genesis 3:15 "And I will put enmity [or hostility] between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he [Jesus] will crush your head, and you will strike his heel." (from New International Version) where we learn of the fate of Eve's offspring. In Psalm 51:5 "Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me." (from New International Version) David also shares with us when this sinfulness begins in our lives. *Bible References: Genesis 3:15 "And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel."
